We are constantly training and want the service to always be of the highest standard and the staff to feel at home with us - literally. We treat each other like family, because the Basen Beach Bar is our second home for a few months. We are characterised by a family atmosphere, freedom and positive discipline. Much of the team, despite seasonality, has not changed for several years. What sets us apart is the playful crew, who always have a good light-hearted and relaxed chat with every guest.
